Rainy Day Contingency:
The event will proceed as scheduled in rainy weather. Participants are advised to bring lightweight rain gear. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for the safety of participants.
The organizer reserves the right to change the route. In case of natural disasters forecasted by the meteorological bureau on the race day, for the safety of participants and staff, the event will be postponed.
Relevant announcements will be made on the event website under "Latest News" before the event. The organizer reserves the right to modify or adjust the content and terms of this event. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Precautions Before the Race:
If you are pregnant or have a history of diabetes, hypertension, chest tightness, heart disease, epilepsy, or other serious illnesses, please consult a professional physician before registration and do not force yourself to participate in the event.
After completing the registration, it is deemed that you agree to allow the event unit to use your image in related promotions, including but not limited to images, videos, results, and other relevant information during the event.
Due to copyright review, event planning, and actual production schedules, the actual merchandise may differ from the design. The event unit reserves the right to adjust the merchandise.
In case of force majeure such as natural disasters or human factors before the race, such as typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, epidemics, rallies, parades, policy regulations, etc., to ensure the safety of participants, the event unit may adjust the race route, change the event content (such as changing to an online race), postpone, or cancel the event.
If there are any changes or adjustments to the event content or procedures, they will be announced on the event official website and social media pages. Please refer to the latest information in the announcement. There will be no separate notifications.
On-the-day Precautions:
To protect the rights and interests of participants, please make sure to bring your "graffiti bib" on the event day. Participants without the "graffiti bib" will not be allowed to enter the track.
Maintain adequate sleep the day before the event; eat properly and warm up before the event, and replenish enough water. Only drinking water will be provided at the venue.
During the race, please avoid sudden stops to prevent accidents due to failure to maintain distance. If you need to stop, please slow down gradually, move to the side of the track, and pay attention to the crowd behind while slowing down to protect yourself and other runners.
After reaching the finish line, please do not linger on the track to prevent collision accidents. If you need to take photos, please move to the side of the track.
If the original race route is deemed unsuitable for the race due to temporary construction or road surface flooding, the organizer has the right to temporarily modify the route to ensure the safety of the participants. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to complete the race.
The event venue only provides race-related material mailing services. Please do not store valuable items. The event unit is not responsible for any loss or other incidents.
The event is strictly non-smoking, alcohol-free, and fire-free. Please cooperate.
Handling Injuries:
If you are injured during the event, please immediately slow down, move away from the track, and go to the nearest medical station for professional medical personnel to check and handle. If you don't know how to get to the medical station or can't get there on your own, please ask the on-site staff to assist you.
After receiving emergency treatment, please explain the reason for the injury to the medical staff and leave your contact information for follow-up assistance from the event unit.
If you need to seek medical treatment separately, please go to a medical institution covered by National Health Insurance, and contact the organizer as soon as possible, explaining the reason for the injury, time, and attaching the medical receipt for subsequent assistance and insurance claims.
After completing the payment, if unable to participate due to circumstances, refunds will be processed according to the following mechanism: (1) Refund requests made between 2024/3/14 and 2024/5/12: A processing fee and administrative fee will be deducted, and 80% of the total registration fee will be refunded. (2) Refund requests made after 2024/5/13: Only requests due to special circumstances will be considered, and 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded. - Explanation of Special Circumstances: Such as natural or man-made disasters, transportation disruptions, military service (reserve duty, conscription, etc.), injury, pregnancy, or the funeral of a spouse or immediate family member. Please provide supporting documents. (3) Refund requests made after 2024/6/2 will not be accepted.
If the event cannot be held due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, such as a severe contagious disease outbreak, the organizer will reschedule the event date, or participants may request a refund according to the following mechanism: (1) If the organizer fails to provide materials: A processing fee and administrative fee will be deducted, and 70% of the total registration fee will be refunded. (2) If the organizer provides materials: A processing fee and administrative fee will be deducted, and 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded. (3) In the case of rescheduled event dates: Participants who do not wish to participate should apply for a refund within seven days of being notified; refund requests received after seven days may not be processed by the organizer.
Refunds will be processed sequentially upon confirmation of the participant's identity and refund request information. Refund recipients will lose their eligibility to participate in the event and will no longer receive related event materials.
Refunds are only accepted for "complete set" ticket purchases. Please be patient as there is a processing schedule and procedure for refunds.

On the day of the event, please monitor your physical condition and participate within your capabilities. Ensure you have adequate sleep the night before and consume a meal at least 2 hours before the run. Emergency medical assistance will be provided only for essential situations at the event venue. Please note that pre-existing medical conditions of participants are not covered by insurance. The public liability insurance only covers injuries resulting from accidents during the event. The event organizers have obtained public liability insurance for this event in accordance with the safety management guidelines for large-scale gatherings. Coverage under Public Liability Insurance:
