1.Is there an age limit for registration?

There is no age limit for participation. Individuals aged 18 and above can register for the event without any restrictions. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for registration and payment. Please refer to the "Parental Consent Form for Minors" on this webpage. Solo registration by minors is not accepted. By completing the registration process and payment, you agree to all terms and conditions of the event.

2.Can I purchase individual items from the exclusive merchandise bundle?

Yes, only participants who have purchased race-related items are eligible for additional purchases.

3.When will the exclusive merchandise bundle be shipped? Can I pick it up at the event venue?

Exclusive merchandise bundles will be shipped gradually after May 13th, based on the order of registration (excluding pre-order items). If you haven't received your bundle by May 20th, you can log in to the official website to check your order status or message the official LINE account @barbierun for assistance. All exclusive merchandise bundles will be delivered to the address provided during registration (do not provide a postal box). Pickup service at the venue is not available. Please ensure accurate information during registration. If delivery is unsuccessful due to format or content errors, resulting in the need for re-delivery, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

4.What should I do if I discover missing or defective items in the exclusive merchandise bundle?

Please check the items promptly upon receipt and record the process with video to protect both parties' interests. If there are any missing items, please message the official LINE account @barbierun within seven days of receipt for assistance.

5.Can I exchange the merchandise if the size doesn't fit when trying it on?

There is no exchange or return service available for this event. Please confirm the size chart and provide the correct size during registration.

6.Are pets allowed at the event?

Pets are welcome to join the event but must be accompanied by an adult participant using a leash, carrier, or stroller. For safety reasons, participants without these means of control may have their participation suspended.

7.Do I have to reach the finish line by a certain time to receive the finisher's medal?

If you are unable to complete the race due to personal reasons, please bring your bib to the service area before the end of the event to receive your finisher's medal.

8.Is there a baggage storage area at the physical race venue?

Only race-related items can be stored at the event venue. Please refrain from storing valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage.

9.When will I receive the invoice?

Electronic invoices will be sent to the email address provided upon completion of the order and before the end of the event month.

10.Why participate in an online run?

For friends who are not limited by distance or time, you can run near your location from April 12th to May 12th, 2024! Download any running app that suits your phone's operating system, regardless of brand. Find a suitable park/playground/location near your home and ensure safety while running. Complete a distance of 1.959KM in a single run, take a screenshot, and upload it to the official LINE@barbierun. Fill in the required information to complete the race! After uploading the completion screenshot, the official will send out completion gifts in order of registration after May 13th! If you can't participate in the physical run, hurry up and register for the online run! (No age limit for online run! Only size selection for clothing ~ Please choose the size that suits you best)"
